It's an attempt to raise money for 'dark horse' candidate Ron Paul through a 'flash' donation campaign on a single day, the 5th of November, 2007. He's being increasingly embraced by the evangelical community, so he's worth a look.
While I'm sure some of you don't like him (and prefer the conventional candidate choices), perhaps some of you do...
