California - Death penalty issue to linger - sacbee.com - Whenever I see TV coverage of anti-death penalty folks they always have signs saying the death penalty is racist. This is a great case where these folks actually are helping the other side. Most people are for the death penalty and calling them racist will not help the anti-death penalty cause. Good!
