N. Korea adds condition to end nuke programs - Asia-Pacific - MSNBC.com
North Korea said Tuesday it would not dismantle its nuclear weapons program until the United States first provides an atomic energy reactor, casting doubt on its commitment to a breakthrough agreement reached at international arms talks.
Anyone surprised? Any deal with these thugs has to be extremely verifiable or else we'll get taken for a ride just like 1994. We should have two goals for NK; make sure they don't build nuke weapons and open up things a bit so the massive starvation can be addressed by our charitable organizations.
