This Washington Times story is supposed to be a big story about John Kerry meeting with UN Security Council members before their 2002 authorization of force against Iraq. I'm doubtful there is much too this story in that it probably can be nuanced away for the MSM to be happy that Kerry was telling the truch about meeting with the council. At worst it looks like Kerry is exaggerated again (nothing new here).
