I believe that Red Sox fans are in for the worst part of their history. This will be the biggest tease they've ever gotten as the Sox have come back from being down 3-0 to tie the LCS at 3-3. Hopes are now high but the Curse of the Bambino will strike soon. I bet the Sox will lead game 7 but will have their hearts broken again (sorry Phil. Or it could be even worse and the Sox beat the Yankees only to be defeated by Roger Clemens and the Astros.

We Sox fans have learned to live with pain.
There are all sorts of storeis here. The Curse of the Bambino. And if we get to the series and the Astros do too, will it mean that "The Rocket" and "Bags" will come back to haunt us along with the Babe?
Well, come what may Tim, I'll be watching. I may need your prayers come tomorrow morning. We'll see.
Actually, come to think of it, I will need them either way.

Is it too late for a wager? I'll bet a nice corn fed Flint Hills porterhouse on the Sox. What's your counter?
Posted by: Phil Dillon at October 20, 2004 07:29 PMNo use to wager now Tim. I'll just buy you the steak.
