MSNBC - Bush to announce huge troop realignment
A significant portion would be sent to bases in the United States, although others could be shifted to posts in Eastern Europe, they said.
This sounds like a good opportunity to remove troops from "allies" that don't want our presence and make them available for our real friends. Of course, it is preferred to bring more of them home and I'd like to see some troops on the borders.
