After a pretty bad surf session at Torrey Pines (Victory at Sea) we went to the Roberto's down the street (surfing == Mexican Food afterwards). As we were leaving I noticed someone and it turned out to be "O" from Reeve Oliver. Being a bit bold I went up and spoke with him and introduced myself and my sons to him (the love Reeve Oliver). We spoke of some mutual friends and he was just such a nice and gracious man. "O" is pretty much a local musical legend in San Diego. He produced the first Blink-182 album and has played on many stages. Reeve Oliver will have a new album out on September 21. I'll keep everyone posted.
Posted by Tim at July 24, 2004 11:04 PMI saw Reeve Oliver's first show. In fact, I did sound for it at the Melting Pot. It was a joke then - kind of formed for a one-night thing. I'm glad to hear they are still together. Been busy with family to keep up with things.
