moveon Has Information That Nobody Else Has

I just saw a commercial from moveon that says something like this (from their web site):

We now know Rumsfeld personally approved a policy that "encouraged physical coercion and sexual humiliation of Iraqi prisoners," violating their fundamental human rights under the Geneva convention.

Where is the proof?

Apparently, military brass did some research to find out how to get Muslims/Arabs to talk, and discovered that dishonor--that is nudity, etc--was one of the most effective tools. Of course, that's not necessarily a bad idea. A simple cost/benefit analysis yields that we're at war, our troops' lives are on the line, and intelligence is of the utmost importance. Anyway, you can judge for yourself, but the info is basically true.
