If the Bush Administration was doing such a bad job on terrorism when Clarke quit, why did he wait to get his book finished and published? He should have resigned in disgust and IMMEDIATELY been shouting from the mountain tops. I'm also tired of the networks saying Clarke was Bush's terrorism expert.
