President Bush could have an ad featuring him talking to his mother and the Democrats and media would have something bad to say. 9/11 has defined this president and has changed this country and the president in a dramatic way. The lefty way is to make this a law enforcement issue. President Bush isn't playing defense when it comes to terrorism. He's rooting them out nation by nation AND one by one. Keep it up President Bush.

If Kerry talks with his mom, the Republicans would cry, "Kerry flip-flopping again! One week he talks with his mom. The next week he talks with his father!!"
I've been surprised, and as a lefty Dem a little pleased, how quickly the 9/11 commercials have backfired on Bush's campaign. It seems to resonate with much of the media, left and right, to discuss the idea of whether Bush is using a tragedy for political gain.
Let's see what happens with Kerry's first round of commercials, whatever their theme will be.
