It is now my oldest son's 9th birthday. He's a great kid with a big heart. He never has a bad word for anyone (except his little brother) and is perfectly content to just sit and talk to his daddy. Sometimes I don't realize how blessed I am. God is good!

I have a 10-year-old, my one-and-only child. I love him like crazy (He thinks I'm a mean old dad, 'cause I make him behave and do his homework. He knows that I love him, though.). We like to "shoot hoops" together - he'a a big-time basketball fan, and loves to play as well.
Kids are, I think, God's foremost blessing to us. Being a dad is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
