Clark saying that another 9/11 wouldn't happen under his watch is right up there with some of Pat Robertson's claims. His claim that he would have prevented 9/11 is also stupid and an insult to the people that would eventually serve him in the intelligence agencies. Remember, 9/11 happened in only Bush's 8th month in office.
