Bush: Libya Agrees to Arms Inspections
As stated yesterday, this is good news but the more I think about it we must be real careful. Gadhafi is a certified nut so any inspections need to be complete and thorough. At the same time, if Libya is sincere then we must find a way to "trust, yet verify".
