A Nebraska judge has issued an injunction against the ban on partial-birth abortions, signed by President Bush today. Since the Democrats can filibuster judicial nominations the Senate cannot approve common sense judges. If you think that your Senator matters, this in one reason. Also, I'm sure that George W. Bush would not mean to appoint a judge like this but Wesley Clark or Howard Dean sure will.
